Garlic Lime Shrimp

Oh yes, Garlic Lime Shrimp is a fantastic meal, ready to improve any pile of pasta to new heights! It’s so easy, yet so classy! They need to come up with a word for that!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pound shrimp, uncooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • pasta, to taste, cooked and hot

Directions

Step 1 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Step 2 –Add the shrimp, the garlic, the salt, and the cayenne to the butter and sauté until the shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes.

Step 3 –Stir the lime juice and the parsley into the shrimp mixture.

Step 4 –Serve the shrimp over the pasta.
