Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon low-calorie sweetener, of your choice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1 –Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well-combined.

Step 2 –Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3 –Roll into 30 balls.
