  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced canned jalapeño peppers
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas, room temperature
  • 8 thin slices deli ham
  • 8 thin slices deli turkey
  • 8 thin slices deli roast beef
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1 –In a small bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream cheese, the ranch dressing, and the ranch dressing mix until well-blended.

Step 2 –In another bowl, combine the bacon, the onion, the olives, the pimientos, and the jalapeños.

Step 3 –Spread the cream cheese mixture over the tortillas.

Step 4 –Evenly layer the ham, the turkey, and the roast beef onto the tortillas.
