- 6 large eggs
- water, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with the water by at least 1/2 inch.
Step 2 –Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
Step 3 –Cover the saucepan and transfer it from the heat.
Step 4 –Let the saucepan stand covered until the eggs are fully cooked through, 12-15 minutes.
Step 5 –Transfer the eggs from the hot water using a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl of ice water or run them under cold water for 5 minutes.
Step 6 –Peel and serve.
