- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- lemon wedges, optional, to taste, for serving
- fresh parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease bottom of a rectangular baking dish, 9×13-inch.
Step 3 –Cut the fillets into 4 serving-size pieces, if needed.
Step 4 –Place the fillets, skin-sides down (if they have the skins on), in the pan, folding the thinner ends under if necessary for even thickness.
Step 5 –In a bowl, add the melted butter, the lemon juice, the salt, and the paprika and whisk to combine. Pour the spiced butter over the fillets.
Step 6 –Bake uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork and reaches at least 145 degrees F on a thermometer in the thickest part.
Step 7 –Serve with the lemon wedges, garnished with the chopped parsley.
