Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 1 1/2 pounds of frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

For the salad dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium bowl, place the peas, bacon, cheese, and onion.

Step 2 –In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 –Pour the dressing over the pea mixture, stirring to combine.
