Sprinkled with a smoky, garlicky spice mixture all over, Amazing Crispy Salmon is a savory seafood sensation that will shock you with how fantastic it tastes! It takes less than half an hour to make and virtually no effort at all; that’s what we call amazing!
Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) salmon fillet
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the broiler to the high setting.
Step 2 –Lightly grease the bottom of a casserole dish.
Step 3 –Place the salmon fillet in the prepared casserole dish.
Step 4 –Drizzle the salmon with the olive oil, using your hands to make sure the oil covers every surface of the fish.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the fish with the salt.
Step 6 –In a small bowl, combine the paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and the coriander.
Step 7 –Sprinkle the spice mixture liberally over the salmon. Don’t worry if you have leftover seasoning mixture.
Step 8 –Place the salmon on the second to the top rack of the oven.
Step 9 –Broil until cooked through at 145 degrees F, about 6-15 minutes. Broil for less time for a more rare salmon and more time for a thicker cut.
Step 10 –Allow the salmon to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
