Ingredients

  • 10 (3-inch-diameter) leftover biscuits
  • 3/4 cup apple butter
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups ham, cubed and fully cooked
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Directions

Step 1 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2 –Cut the biscuits in half crosswise.

Step 3 –Spread the apple butter over the cut sides of the biscuits.

Step 4 –Replace the tops of the biscuits.

Step 5 –Cut each of the biscuits into quarters.

Step 6 –Arrange the biscuit pieces in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Step 7 –Top the biscuit layer with the cheese, the ham, and the parsley.

Step 8 –Whisk the eggs, the milk, the salt, the pepper, and the mustard together in a large bowl.

Step 9 –Pour the egg over the biscuits.

Step 10 –Cover and refrigerate the bake for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
