Coach Jim pushed his team hard to victory, but he encouraged them to blow off steam and enjoy themselves as well. Even he would get into the relaxing spirit sometimes and pull out his secret recipe for team parties and cookouts… which he shared with us. Coach Jim’s Garlic Knots are exactly what their name implies (which is why the team would always cheer when they were hot and fresh from the oven): fluffy knots of dough baked to a golden brown and covered with smooth olive oil, fragrant, savory garlic, and warming red pepper flakes. Coach Jim’s Garlic Knots only need 25 minutes, so they can be made in a flash, and they go well with pasta dinners or just as a snack. Victory finally has a taste all its own!
