Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, cut into fry-size
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt or lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Let the fries soak in cold water in the sink or in a bowl for at least 30 minutes. Remove the fries from the water and dry them very well.
Step 3 –Toss the fries with the oil and the seasoned salt.
Step 4 –Spread the potatoes evenly in a single layer on a parchment-lined pan.
Step 5 –Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6 –Turn the oven up to 425 degrees F and cook the fries until golden, about 20-25 minutes more.
Step 7 –Serve hot.
