Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Place the plantain slices on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.

Step 4 –Toss the plantains until they are coated on both sides, then lay them out in a single layer.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the coated plantains generously with the salt.

Step 6 –Bake the plantains for 10 minutes.

Step 7 –Flip the plantains and then bake until they’re soft and tender on the inside and crispy around the edges, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve the plantains warm or at room temperature.
