Ingredients

  • 8 medium-size carrots, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, optional
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Toss the carrots with the olive oil, the honey, and the thyme leaves.
