Cinnamon Sugar Blondies

Cinnamon Sugar Blondies are chewy blondies topped with a cinnamon-sugar crunch! Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 teaspoons sugar

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set it aside.

Step 3 –Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 4 –Add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir.

Step 5 –Add the flour and salt, and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 6 –In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.

Step 7 –Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Step 8 –Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.

Step 9 –Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 22 minutes.

Step 10 –Allow the blondies to cool.

Step 11 –Cut into 16 bars and serve.
