Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (4-ounce) pork sirloin cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

Step 1 –Mix the flour, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 –Sprinkle the flour mixture on both sides of the pork cutlets.

Step 3 –In a large cast-iron or heavy skillet, heat the butter over medium heat on the stove-top.

Step 4 –Add the pork and cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145 degrees F, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 5 –Transfer the pork from the plate.

Step 6 –Add the lemon juice and the honey to the skillet, cooking and stirring over medium heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.

Step 7 –Add the pork and heat through.
