Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- 1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –Evenly line 6 slices of the white bread in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 4 –Layer 1/2 of the ham slices over the bread layer and sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Step 5 –Repeat the layers once, starting with the bread slices and ending with the cheese.
Step 6 –In a large bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the dry mustard, the onion powder, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk well to combine.
Step 7 –Slowly pour the egg mixture over the cheddar cheese layer.
Step 8 –In a medium bowl, add the cornflakes and the melted butter and toss to coat.
Step 9 –Sprinkle the coated cornflakes over the casserole.
Step 10 –Bake the casserole until it is golden and set, about 45-50 minutes.
Step 11 –Serve.
