Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1 –In a serving bowl, combine the mango, the bell pepper, the onion, the cilantro, and the jalapeño.
Step 2 –Squeeze the lime juice over top.
Step 3 –Season with the salt and stir well, being careful not to crush the mango.
Step 4 –Allow the salsa to rest for about 10 minutes before serving for maximum flavor.
Step 5 –Serve!
