  • 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored protein or strawberry-flavored protein
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried raspberries or dried strawberries, optional
  • 1 tablespoon naturally sweetened lemonade powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/3 cup honey


Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the protein powder, the flour, the dried raspberries, and the lemonade powder.

Step 2 –Add the almond butter, the lemon extract, and the honey to the protein mixture and mix well.

Step 3 –Roll the mixture into about 28 bite-size balls.

Step 4 –Freeze or chill the balls to maintain freshness.

Step 5 –Serve.
