Salsa Beef

Salsa Beef is more about beef than salsa, but both play an integral part of this dish! The beef is slow-cooked in a vibrant salsa mixture, with soy sauce to enhance the umami flavor and brown sugar to add a dimension of sweetness and smokiness. Then the beef is served on nutty brown rice with spicy peppers, ensuring that the tender, beefy chunks form a complete and delicious meal! Salsa Beef will make you want to salsa!
